Fowler & Holden Ltd was founded in Church Street, Grimsby, United Kingdom by Hector Fowler.
The company grew a reputation for quality engineering and in 1968 the firm moved to new premises in Railway Street. Stan Fowler, Hector's son, presided over the relocation and was managing director of the company until 1986.
George Hall George ran Fowler and Holden from 1986 to 1993 when John Hardy took over
John Hardy ran F&H as Managing Director from 1993 until 2010, Glen Gaiger also became a Director. It was during this period that Fowler and Holden's own bridge drainage system FastFlow was developed.
Glen Gaiger took over as MD and the company continued it's advancement with the introduction of Nick Kitchen, F&H's Technical Director who brought more than 20 years of technical experience, covering production of iron, steel, high alloy iron and steel castings.
TGM Industrial Group acquired the business from Nick Kitchen. TGM Industrial is an integrated group of precision Engineering and Industrial manufacturing companies
