Fowler & Holden win prestigious Merchant Square contract
Fowler and Holden are pleased to announce that we have secured an order to supply the prestigious Merchant Square development project in the heart of London’s Paddington Basin.
This £100m project is the first time Fowler and Holden Ltd has been involved in placing castings in the capital.
The project has been very challenging with innovative solutions being found to enhance the aesthetic appearance of the cast iron once installed. The landscaping design includes a 28m diameter cast iron amphitheatre as a centre piece to the canal side gardens and ornate decorative features in cast iron that have never been seen before.
The installation of the cast iron commences at the start of 2014 and will be completed by the summer.
